DELIVERY:

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

PRE-ORDERS:

The product page will state the estimated delivery window for pre-order items. After purchasing an item, you will be charged immediately.

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

If purchasing pre-order items with ready-to-ship items, they shall be shipped separately.

RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Size charts have been created in order to minimise the need for returns, for incorrectly fitting garments.

However, if the item you purchased is defective, it will be eligible for a return. Please contact info@kenwynofficial.com

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery date and we will allow up to 14 days to receive the item.

Please consider sending these items using trackable delivery services.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package.

Due to items often going out of stock, we cannot guarantee an exchange for the items.
